By the time we arrived at the festival it was 8pm, just in time to watch the "glow" of balloons to the beat of music. While advertised as the highlight of the evening and the reason we went on Saturday vs Sunday, it turned out to be pretty short and lame. Everyone wound up rushing out of the festival in disappointment. The great company and visiting Pechanga Casino made up for the letdown. I got back home at 3am.
